Job Responsibiliti - es:Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web & mobile applications that enhance user interaction with complex data, ensuring data visualizations are easily navigab - le.Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand the needs of diverse users and incorporate findings into design improvemen - ts.Work closely with developers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure that the user experience aligns with technical capabilities and business goals, maintaining a balance between functionality and design aestheti - cs.Develop prototypes, wireframes, and mockups for applications, including both web and mobile platforms, to communicate design ideas and workflows to stakeholders and development tea - ms.Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices, specifically for data visualization, ensuring that designs meet modern usability standards and enhance the overall user experien ce. Qualifications & Experie - nce:B.Tech / B.E/B.C.A/B.Sc - . IT3-5 Y ears Required sk ills: Technical S - kills:Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Illustrator for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual de - signs.Expertise in tools such as InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq for creating interactive prototypes and detailed wiref - rames.Experience conducting user research, surveys, interviews, and usability tests to inform design decisions and improve user - flows.Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers and understand how designs will be implem ented. Soft - Skills:Effectively work with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeh - olders.Apply analytical skills to create intuitive designs for complex systems, with a focus on user empathy and addressing pain - points.Quickly adapt to changes in project requirements and timelines, while maintaining high-quality design outcomes under tight dea dlines.
