Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator, based in Kochi. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for digital signage and wayfinding projects by analyzing project requirements, materials, labor, and timelines. Daily tasks include gathering proposals, blueprints, and other documentation to provide detailed cost analyses, collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure cost-effective solutions, and maintaining thorough records for budgeting processes. The Estimator must ensure precision and compliance with industry standards in all tasks. Qualifications - Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate project requirements and solutions - Experience in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines - Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Excel or other cost estimation software - Familiarity with digital signage and wayfinding projects is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field - Previous work experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
