RKK fosters a global outlook with a strong emphasis on extracurricular activities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Shooting Coach. The Shooting Coach will be responsible for developing students skills in rifle and pistol shooting, conducting training sessions, and organizing practice drills to improve precision and accuracy. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, fostering a positive and disciplined training environment, identifying students individual strengths and areas for improvement, and preparing students for inter-school, state, and national, IPSC, SGFI shooting competitions. The coach will also be a part of the school staff and will have to align training with the school's extracurricular initiatives and safety standards. Qualifications - Expertise in shooting sports, including rifle and pistol disciplines, and understanding of training methodologies. - Experience in coaching and preparing athletes for competitive events, preferably at the school or national level. - Knowledge of safety standards, equipment handling, and maintenance specific to shooting sports. - Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills to engage and guide students effectively. - Relevant certifications in shooting coaching or sports training from recognized authorities. - Prior experience in working within educational institutions is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field is advantageous.
