Additionally, the role involves maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with department heads, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Qualifications - Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition - Knowledge of HR practices and employee advising - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms - Organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in the healthcare or human services industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
