Experience: 3–5 years
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic sustainability professional to support the execution and monitoring of ESG and sustainability initiatives across L&T’s diverse business verticals. The role entails managing sustainability data, supporting disclosure and compliance processes, and contributing to strategic ESG projects aligned with global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sustainability KPI tracking and reporting (environmental and non-environmental)
- Collect, validate, and analyze data across business units.
- Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures (BRSR, IR, CDP, DJSI, etc.).
- Monitor compliance with environmental and ESG regulations.
- Support internal/external stakeholder engagement
- Assist in sustainability initiatives on decarbonization, circular economy, supply chain etc.
- Research and benchmark global best practices to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in ESG/sustainability (EPC, infra, consulting preferred).
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks (GRI, IR, BRSR)
- Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for ESG data analysis and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
