Job Title Site Engineer - Premium Residential Project Location Near Kadampuzha Kerala Job Type Full-time Industry Real Estate Construction Experience Required 3-7 years residential project experience preferred Special Requirement only keralites can apply About the Project We are developing a premium residential project near Kadampuzha designed to deliver world-class living standards with top-quality construction and modern amenities We are seeking a Site Engineer who can ensure technical excellence quality control and smooth execution of construction activities on-site Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure adherence to design quality and safety standards Coordinate with architects consultants and contractors to ensure timely progress Monitor project schedule and report progress delays and resource requirements Ensure compliance with drawings specifications and BOQ Manage labor subcontractors and materials efficiently Conduct quality checks at all stages of work - structural finishing MEP and external works Prepare daily weekly site reports progress updates and documentation Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory requirements Assist the Project Manager in billing measurement and certification of works Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years of site experience in residential high-end housing projects Strong technical knowledge of structural works finishing and MEP coordination Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of local building codes and statutory requirements What We Offer Opportunity to work on a premium residential development with high design and quality standards Competitive salary and benefits package Professional growth and career development in a reputed real estate brand Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
