CLEIMA is here to change that.

We’re building a modular, enterprise-grade SaaS workflow platform for construction, infrastructure, engineering, and product suppliers — helping them streamline everything from sales & tendering to maintenance & inventory.

With 37+ years of construction/MEP industry expertise at the core, CLEIMA has the domain vision and client needs already mapped. Now, we’re looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision and execution.

What you’ll do

• Define CLEIMA’s technology strategy & enterprise-grade architecture
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team from the ground up
• Oversee platform development, system integrations, and cloud deployment
• Implement workflow automation and rules engines
• Ensure data security, compliance, and role-based access controls
• Architect for scalability, multi-tenant reliability, and roll-out
• Partner in fundraising discussions, presenting CLEIMA’s technology vision to investors and clients
• Drive product launch, continuous innovation, and long-term tech evolution

What you bring

• Proven expertise in software development & enterprise SaaS architecture
• Experience with workflow automation, integrations, and ERP/BI connectivity
• Strong background in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scaling multi-tenant systems
• Track record of building and leading engineering teams at early and growth stages
• Solid understanding of data security, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive digital products
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to represent technology to investors
• Entrepreneurial mindset: driven to own, build, and scale a transformative platform

Commitment

This is a full-time co-founder role — not an advisory or part-time engagement. The CTO will be fully dedicated to building CLEIMA alongside the founder, shaping strategy, leading execution, and scaling the platform.

Note: This is an equity-first founding role — you’ll own and build from day one, with salary once funding is secured.
