We’re Hiring | Technical Project Manager (UGD & STP Projects) Company: V S INFRASTRUCTURE Location: Karnataka (Project-based / On-site) Experience: 8–15 Years Employment Type: Full-time 🔧 Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on expertise in UGD (Underground Drainage) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects to lead urban infrastructure works under government-funded programs. Key Responsibilities:. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: - Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of UGD & STP projects - Coordination with , Govt Engineers, Consultants, and Sub- Contractors - Preparation and review of DPRs, BOQs, drawings, and technical submissions - Monitoring project schedules, quality, safety, and cost control - Handling labour licenses, statutory compliances, and site documentation - Managing subcontractors and resolving technical/site issues - Ensuring compliance with CPHEEO, IS codes, NGT norms, and tender conditions - Monthly progress reporting and billing certification 🎓 Qualifications: - B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering - PMP or similar certification (preferred) - Strong knowledge of UGD networks, pumping stations, STPs (SBR/MBBR/ASP) 📌 Experience Required: - Minimum 8+ years in UGD & STP execution - Experience in Government / Urban Development projects - Familiarity with DBOT / EPC models preferred 💡 Skills: - Strong leadership and communication skills - Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera - Problem-solving and decision-making ability - Knowledge of Karnataka ULB / Jalashuddhi Mission projects is an advantage 📩 - info@vsinfrastructure.in
