Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from customers, efficiently handling booking requests. - Monitor email and WhatsApp communication channels to ensure no inquiries or complaints are overlooked. - Provide detailed product and service information to customers. - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely manner. - Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward resolutions. - Escalate complex complaints or issues to the appropriate department or personnel as needed. - Maintain exceptional customer service standards during every interaction. Job Location Dahisar East, Mumbai Mode - Work from Office Requirements: - Prior experience in a call centre or customer service. - Need excellent communication skills. - Availability to work flexible hours, including late night shift, early morning, and weekends, as required. - Proficiency in using basic computer applications like web applications, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Immediate joiner would be preferred.
