Applications are invited for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions under a GSBTM-

sponsored project at Parul University.

Project Title:

Development of rapid, low-cost and portable cervical cancer diagnostic device for

mass population screening and triaging: A complementary approach to improve the accuracy of

cervical cytology and avoid unnecessary biopsies

Funding Agency: Gujarat State Biotechnology Mission (GSBTM), Govt. of Gujarat

Duration: 3 Years

No. of Vacancies: 02

Fellowship:

- 36,000/- per month (NET/GATE qualified)
- 23,213/- per month (Non-NET/GATE)

Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech. in Chemistry, Material Science, Nanoscience, Biotechnology,

Biomedical Engineering OR M.Pharm. in Medical Devices.

Preference: NET/GATE qualified, research experience in biosensor/material

synthesis/electrochemical techniques, good English communication.
