Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact. About the Role We are looking for a Digital Artist to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on creative design workflows, digital illustrations, and visually engaging experiences. In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models. Responsibilities - Review and annotate AI-generated images, illustrations, or visual designs for quality, coherence, and style adherence. - Provide structured feedback on composition, color theory, and creative direction. - Assess AI outputs for consistency across artistic mediums such as concept art, character design, or UI illustration. - Support generation and curation of visual datasets used in training creative AI models. - Identify artifacts, stylistic mismatches, or conceptual errors in AI-generated art. Requirements - Proficiency in digital art tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Blender, or Clip Studio Paint. - Strong foundation in visual design, composition, and artistic storytelling. - Experience in one or more areas: character design, environments, storyboarding, or visual effects. - Understanding of art styles, trends, and creative workflows. - Passion for exploring how AI can expand and support the creative process.
