What will you get to work on?
As the Head of Cybersecurity, you will:
● Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity framework aligned with industry standards, including PCI DSS and SOC 2.
● Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and certifications (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 2).
● Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities for threat detection and response.
● Manage the investigation, mitigation, and resolution of security incidents.
● Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, processes, and controls across the organization. ● Conduct regular cybersecurity training sessions for employees to foster a culture of security awareness.
● Evaluate, select, and implement security tools and technologies.
● Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure they adhere to Osfin's security requirements.
What do we expect from you?
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity management or a similar role.
● Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, and related compliance standards.
● Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
● Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
● Excellent understanding of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Hands-on experience managing a Security Operations Center (SOC).
● Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
● Ability to manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals.
