Job Description TNV Method | 70K90K Monthly | Full-Time | Remote Senior Video Editor & Filmmaker (Long-Form + Multi-Camera + Podcast Production) TNV Method is looking for a full-time senior filmmaker who understands brand building, narrative direction, high-quality podcast editing, and cinematic digital storytelling. This is not a part-time reels-only role. We want someone who treats our brand like their own and is ready to commit to high-level, long-term creative work. Compensation - 70,00090,000 INR per month (fixed base) - Full-time, exclusive commitment - 100% remote - Opportunity to build a long-term creative identity with a fast-growing brand About the Role You will lead the post-production of our educational fitness and women's health content across YouTube, podcasts, Instagram, and long-form brand assets. Your work will shape how millions of women perceive our brand. This role requires a filmmaking mindset: multi-camera editing, S-Log3 workflows, clean color management, tasteful b-roll selection, graph integrations, and polished sound design. Key Responsibilities - Edit long-form podcasts with multi-camera angles, smooth cuts, LUT management, and proper sound design. - Edit high-quality educational videos using scientific graphs, data overlays, relevant documentary-style b-roll, evidence-based storytelling, and clean visual structure. - Build a consistent brand aesthetic across all videos (color, typography, transitions, sound design). - Produce short-form repurposed content from long-form assets without relying on flashy edits or retention gimmicks. - Maintain an efficient project pipeline, file management system, and predictable delivery schedule for a 6-day work week. - Collaborate directly with the founder to shape tone, story arcs, pacing, and brand identity. - Create thumbnails, visuals, and simple graphics aligned with the TNV brand style. Technical Requirements You should already be working at a senior level: - Expert in DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Premiere Pro - Comfortable with S-Log3, LUTs, color management, and noise reduction - Experience editing multi-camera podcasts - Ability to source high-quality b-roll, stock clips, overlays, and scientific visualizations - Motion graphics & simple 2D graphic design skills (charts, labels, titles) - Strong sound design abilities for podcast-ready output - Understanding of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional build - Familiarity with AI tools like Descript, Runway, and Opus is a plus - English fluency required A strong portfolio must show at least one of the following: 1. Multi-camera podcast editing 2. Documentary-style educational videos 3. Cinematic storytelling with research-based overlays 4.
