Job Duties & Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain AI models and products that meet client requirements and deliver business value - Lead junior data scientists on execution of projects and guide them on the processes - Support the execution, maintenance, and upkeep of PRGX's AI models and products - Collaborate closely with other global teams to ensure that PRGX's AI models and products are meeting the needs of our clients - Work closely with the Manager, AI Services in ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables - Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in AI technologies and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our models and products - Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams Knowledge & Qualifications - Master of Science, BE/ B.Tech, ME/ M.Tech in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Data Science or IT - 6-8 years of experience applying machine learning techniques to solve complex data problems - Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical models, including supervised and unsupervised learning methods - Experience with Deep learning and knowledge about Open AI frameworks/ LLM's - Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques - Proficiency in Python programming, and experience working with big data tools such as Spark - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong experience with agile development methodologies and version control tools such as Git - Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques - Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity PRGX is an equal opportunity employer.
