Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities - Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization. - Manage job postings on portals, social media, and internal databases. - Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and offer letter preparations. - Handle HR documentation, including employee contracts, leave records, and compliance filings. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment updates. - Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. - Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations. - Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes as needed. Requirements and Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and documentation. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - Strong knowledge of HR processes, Indian labor laws (e.g., PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and documentation standards. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools (e.g., ATS systems like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in Noida or similar urban settings is a plus.
