- Lab Attendant Position Title Lab Attendant Department Computer Science Laboratory Reports To Lab In-Charge Faculty Institute Head Job Purpose To assist in the smooth functioning of the laboratory by maintaining cleanliness preparing equipment supporting faculty and students during practical sessions and ensuring the safety and orderliness of the lab Key Responsibilities Prepare and arrange lab equipment instruments and materials before practical sessions Assist faculty and students in conducting practical work and using lab equipment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the lab at all times Ensure proper storage and handling of lab materials chemicals if applicable and tools Report any damages malfunctions or shortages of equipment to the Lab In-Charge Keep records of issued and returned lab equipment Follow safety rules and ensure students follow safety guidelines inside the lab Support in setting up new experiments or demonstrations Assist in installation updation of software in case of computer labs Any other duties assigned by the Lab In-Charge Management Skills Qualifications Minimum Qualification 10th 12th pass Higher education preferred for computer labs Basic knowledge of handling lab equipment For computer labs Basic knowledge of computer hardware software Good communication and interpersonal skills Responsible punctual and disciplined Work Conditions Full-time on-campus role Requires physical presence in the lab during working hours May involve lifting moving light equipment Job Types Full-time Part-time Fresher Contractual Temporary Benefits Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay From 8 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Language English Preferred Work Location In person
