The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel s financial operations including budgeting forecasting accounting auditing and financial reporting The role ensures compliance with statutory regulations optimizes financial performance controls costs and provides strategic support to management for decision-making Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable receivable payroll and general ledger Prepare accurate financial statements MIS reports budgets and forecasts Monitor cash flow working capital and ensure timely vendor payments Implement cost-control measures and improve profitability across departments Ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS PF ESIC professional tax etc Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation Liaise with banks auditors vendors and statutory bodies Analyze financial data identify variances and recommend corrective actions Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management in strategic planning Oversee inventory management and cost of sales in coordination with F B and stores teams Train and supervise accounts team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency Review contracts agreements and ensure financial feasibility of projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund
