Company Description Assystem STUP employs 1500 engineers who provide support to clients in the transportation urban development decarbonised energy and industrial and complex buildings markets With its headquarters in Delhi Assystem STUP also has a local presence throughout India with 9 offices spread across the country Assystem STUP s teams have already been involved in many projects such as the construction of Dassault factories in Nagpur preliminary studies of future EPR nuclear reactors in India the development of the road transport networks in Mumbai and others The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff s specific area of expertise Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by others Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS E package Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings Prepares technical specification sections Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering preferably Masters in Structural Engineering 7-10 years of experience Must have experience in detailed design of bridges for Highways and Railways projects PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to hold a PE license in NY and or NJ within 12 months of hire Experience working with bridges Experience working in NY Metro agencies Master s degree in Structural Engineering is nice to have Proficiency with CAD and similar computer software Additional Information Sound knowledge of Indian code for road and rail Bridges design Metro viaduct and station design experience is preferred We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company We believe that bringing together people with different backgrounds and perspectives is essential for creating innovative and impactful solutions Skills talent and our people s ability to dare are the only things that matter Bring your unique contributions and help us shape the future
