Job Description

- Own end-to-end feature delivery: gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement data pipelines usingAI-assisted development tools(e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI).
- Build and maintain complex batch and real-time data pipelines onAzure DatabricksusingApache Spark,DBT,Kafka, andDelta Lake.
- Design and implement data transformations, enrichments, and integrations acrosslegacy, modern, and conversational AI analytics systems(e.g.,Genie natural language querying).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and observability using tools likeGreat Expectations,DataDog, and Databricks-native monitoring features.
- Implement secure, compliant, and cost-optimized data solutions onAzurefollowing best practices for data governance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and AI/ML teams to align data solutions withbusiness and model training goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and analysts, conduct in-depth code reviews, and promote best practices indata engineering, AI-assisted coding, and MLOps.
- IntegrateML workflowsinto data pipelines using frameworks likeSpark MLlib,TensorFlow, orPyTorch, leveragingfeature engineering best practices.
- Leverage containerization (Docker,Kubernetes) for scalable and portable deployments of data and ML workloads.
- Automate orchestration and CI/CD workflows usingApache Airflow,Azure Data Factory, andGitHub Actions.
- Partner with analytics teams to design and optimizeself-service data experiencesandnatural language query capabilitiesusing AI/Genie.
