Servicenow Developer

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate must have strong platform expertise and experience in implementing 1–2 functional modules. Responsibilities - End-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules. - Develop and customize forms, workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, UI pages, and integrations. - Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Perform upgrades, platform optimization, performance tuning, and configuration changes as needed. - Deliver high-quality technical documentation and support UAT & deployment. - Ensure alignment with best practices, standards, and compliance policies. Required Experience - 3–6 years of proven hands-on development experience on ServiceNow. - Experience implementing at least one major module (ITSM/CSM/HRSD/ITOM, etc.). - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP/API), and scripting (JavaScript/Glide). - Good understanding of ITIL & CMDB concepts. Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any module preferred. - Experience with UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Playbooks is a strong advantage.
