Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our B2B sales strategy in India. You'll play a pivotal role in introducing our German-engineered, sustainable cleaning solutions to industries like hospitality, healthcare, and facility management. If you're a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, this is your chance to build something impactful from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a B2B go-to-market strategy targeting key industries (e.g., hotels, hospitals, manufacturing).
- Identify and pursue high-value clients, including corporate accounts and government contracts.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through industry networks, trade shows, and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling B2B campaigns highlighting our eco-friendly value proposition.
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets while adapting to India's dynamic market conditions.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in FMCG, cleaning solutions, or sustainability sectors.
- Proven success in market entry or business expansion in India.
- Strong network in industries like hospitality, healthcare, or facility management (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
