UK Realty prides itself on creating a strong sense of community and shared progress. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Manager, based in Mumbai. The CRM Manager will oversee the customer relationship management system, develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships, and enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer data, generating reports, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clients. Qualifications - Experience with customer relationship management systems and data analysis - Strong understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
