Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pool of potential prospects for executive positions and evaluate their suitability based on the job requirements.
- Develop talent research for niche and executive roles including market mapping and talent identification.
- Utilize research channels such as LinkedIn, web searches, company bios, whitepapers, and industry publications to develop research insights.
- Generate industry and functional research insights by maintaining awareness of industry trends.
- Create engaging PowerPoint decks for stakeholders to present research, talent insights and share competitive intel.
- Assist in creating comprehensive candidate profiles and reports to enhance client presentations and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Assist with project management for the executive recruiting process (e.g., job posting creation, coordinate NDA signing, publish job postings in ATS, assist with reporting, etc.).
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience conducting talent research within a search firm or in-house recruiting team, preferably within IT and consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven experience conducting comprehensive research and using databases and industry sources to identify talent and gather market insights.
- A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail, and common sense.
- Solid technology skills with proficiency in Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exposure to Oracle is a plus.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and advance Boolean search techniques preferred.
- Experience with creating, maintaining, and analyzing Power BI Dashboards.
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to use sound judgment to drive competing issues to resolution.
- Demonstrated flexibility working in a dynamic and rapidly changing organization.
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
- Strong English written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to country norms, global cultures, and practices and the ability to empathize with employees.
- A highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
