Responsibilities

Designing mechanical components, fixtures, and assemblies for robotic and automation systems.

Creating 3D models, 2D drawings, and simulationsusing Autodesk Fusion 360and other CAD tools.

Collaborating with electronics and robotics engineers to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly.

Performing tolerance analysis, stress analysis, and manufacturability checks.

Preparing technical manuals, datasheets, and mechanical engineering documentation.

Supporting prototyping, fabrication, and assembly of designed components.

Assisting in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems at client sites.

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and an innovative mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

A Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Hands-on experience with CAD software (Autodesk Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent).

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selection, and design for assembly (DFA/DFM).

Ability to read and create engineering drawings with GD&T.

Understanding of robotics/mechatronics principles is a plus.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Skills Required

Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360(3D modeling, assemblies, drawings, and simulations).

Knowledge of sheet metal, machining, 3D printing, and fabrication techniques.

Basic knowledge of automation/robotics systems and sensor integration (preferred).

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Familiarity with technical documentation and datasheet preparation.
