Key Expectations of the Role 1.Lead Generation and Prospecting: - Actively participate in lead generation activities, identifying potential clients and opportunities for engagement. - Learn to research and analyse markets to identify prospective clients and industry trends. 2.Client Engagement and Relationship Building: - Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with relevant insurance solutions. - Collaborate with senior team members to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable insurance products. 3.Sales Presentations and Communication: - Shadow and participate in sales presentations to clients, understanding the art of effective communication and persuasion. - Learn to present insurance solutions clearly, highlighting their features and benefits to potential clients. 4.Sales Strategy Implementation: - Learn how to implement sales strategies and action plans devised by the sales team to achieve sales targets. - Participate in team discussions to develop and refine sales strategies based on market feedback and business objectives. 5.Customer Service and Follow-Up: - Assist in providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales leads. - Collaborate with senior team members to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
