The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, engage with potential customers, and contribute to our sales goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services - Provide information about products and services to customers and answer their queries - Maintain and update customer databases with complete information - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management - Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns - Document call results and feedback in the CRM system - Build rapport with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction Skills and Qualifications - 1-5 years of experience in telecalling or a related field - Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets - Good listening skills and attention to detail - Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles Spotlight - Cafeteria, Office gym, Office cab/shuttle, WFH setup, Child care facility, Joining goodies, Gifts on festivals, Free meal
