Food Industry Experience is Mandatory.

As the Content Creator for the company Sarya distribution India pvt ltd, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, capturing, and editing visual content that brings the brand to life across digital and retail channels. You will be responsible for executing high-quality product and lifestyle shoots, developing content ideas, supporting influencer collaborations, and ensuring creative alignment across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shoot Execution (Static + Reels)

Plan and execute shoots for:

- Product photography
- Reel content
- On-ground content at events, sampling booths, and partner retail stores

Ensure all content aligns with the creative direction. All briefs on upcoming tasks will be

provided by the team in advance.

Be comfortable shooting in retail environments, understanding shelf dynamics, lighting

limitations, and POSM placements.

2. Content Ideation & Strategy Support

- Actively participate in content brainstorming sessions with the team.
- Assist in creating Mood boards for campaign and product launches.
- Suggest reel concepts, trends, and story formats suited to the brands voice.
- Help shape the monthly content calendar with platform-first content ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to review post-performance (engagement, reach, saves), and use insights to refine future content.

3. Influencer Marketing Support

- Support influencer onboarding, coordination, and campaign execution.

Assist with:

- Sourcing and shortlisting potential influencers
- Creating briefs and storyboards
- Managing timelines and follow-ups if needed.
- Helping with shoot direction or coordination
- Assisting with content clean-up (brief support, feedback review)

4. E-commerce Content Support

Assist in producing content for E-commerce and Q-commerce platforms like:

- Amazon
- Zepto
- Blinkit
- Big Basket
- Instamart

Shoot product-focused assets for listing visuals, banners, and promotional videos when

required.

Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure content is optimized for each platforms

format and guidelines.

5. Editing Responsibilities

- Edit static creatives (for stories or posts) and video reels, especially when quick edits heavy clean-up is needed.
- Work with the Graphic Designer for finishing touches, overlays, and final outputs.
- Ensure content is clean, well-paced, brand-consistent, and platform-optimized.
- Basic proficiency in editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Adobe Suite) is expected for quick-turnaround content.

6. Brand Consistency & Community Focused Content:

- Ensure all content adheres to Good Seouls visual style, tone of voice, and brand guidelines across platforms.
- Support in creating community-driven or reaction-based content from customer reviews, DMs, Campaigns and tagged posts (when applicable).

Collaboration & Workflow

- Work hand-in-hand with the Graphic Designer to ensure seamless content handoff (e.g., raw footage, thumbnails, templates).

- Be available for on-ground shoots (including retail spaces or events), and adaptable with shoot days as needed.
