About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Jay Maharaj Software Consulting Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional online support and technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their concerns, troubleshooting technical problems, and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a basic educational background with a focus on computer literacy. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain industry experience and develop technical skills. Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the Technical Customer Support Executive include: - Providing online support to customers via chat, email, and phone, addressing their technical queries and concerns. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to software applications and systems. - Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their problems efficiently. - Documenting customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the support system. - Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service. - Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex technical problems. - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and patience while dealing with customers. - Staying updated with the latest product features and technical developments to provide accurate support.
