Company DescriptionThe newly built Anantara Jaipur Hotel marries classic opulence with contemporary comforts The signature Indian restaurant serves cuisine fit for royalty while the rooftop bar offers stunning views of the city along with exotic cocktails With magnificent standalone events facilities the hotel will also host some of the city s grandest weddings with a ballroom banquet room pavilion and banquet lawn that can host thousands of guests for multi-day celebrations To look after guest safety and address any guest issues as quickly as possible ensuring that they are completely happy with the work done To complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans To look after all the tools professionally supplied by the Hotel and correctly maintain and deposit them after finishing the shift To clean all work areas after finishing the tasks properly To follow all safety procedures while carrying out any tasks To always maintain effective communication with the Shift Leader To actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel To utilize or recommend usage of all environmentally friendly products in the workplace To suggest cost-saving ideas as and when possible not limited to the Engineering Department To carry out repairs maintenance and installation to all related plant and equipment To attend to maintenance requests promptly Ensure routine cleaning and overhauling of all kitchen equipment Check on the performance of all kitchen equipment filters strainers etc Check on water oil level and control of major repair To ensure the maintenance upkeep movement disposal and addition of assets is updated To carry out quality repairs and maintenance works as directed To complete work orders PPM s and minor enhancements after approval as directed To select correct materials from engineering store To organize work in a skilled and professional manner To ensure safe working condition for yourself and your colleagues and report to senior colleagues for unsafe working conditions LI-SS2Qualifications Computer literate Knowledge in Planned Preventive Maintenance and Building Repair Works Manage work priorities and resources Facilitates innovation Internal control systems policies procedures Good command in English Proactive Flexible Additional Information Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel Supervisory Level Various trades like Plumbing HVAC and Mechanical etc Building Management System Building Fire Safety Fire Fighting Awareness of swimming pool water quality treatment Experience in computer-based planned preventive maintenance and work order system
