Job Description Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Consultant. The Odoo Consultant will be based at our cleint location in Delhi and will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, implementing Odoo ERP solutions, and providing user training. Key responsibilities include system customization, module configuration, offering technical and functional support, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful project deliveries. The consultant will also troubleshoot issues, document system requirements, and assist clients in optimizing Odoo functionalities to meet their business needs. Qualifications - Proficiency in Odoo ERP system, including implementation, configuration, and customization - Strong understanding of business processes and experience in process analysis and improvement - Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and database management (PostgreSQL preferred) - Experience in system integration and troubleshooting technical issues - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently - Experience in business sectors such as Government, Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing is a plus - Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
