About the Role Grade Level for internal use 05 Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot Work with relational databases Postgres Oracle to design schemas write optimized queries and manage data efficiently Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues Explore and leverage AI tools to improve productivity enhance features and accelerate development workflows
