Job Title Accountant Location Major SD Singh Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital Farrukhabad Job Timings 9 00AM to 5 00PM Job Summary The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial and accounting activities of the school including students fee collection record keeping and reporting The role requires accuracy confidentiality and hands-on experience with Tally and ERP systems Key Responsibilities Handle students fee collection and maintain accurate records Enter and update daily transactions in Tally and ERP software Maintain cash books ledgers vouchers and fee registers Prepare monthly reports fee summaries and financial statements Ensure timely deposit of fees and other collections in the bank Handle vendor payments purchase entries and petty cash Coordinate with the Head Office for audit and financial compliance Maintain all receipts invoices and supporting documents properly Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring Support management in any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned Qualifications and Skills B Com M Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience college experience preferred Proficient in Tally and ERP accounting systems Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations Strong attention to detail accuracy and confidentiality Good communication and organizational skills How to Apply Interested candidates can send their updated resume at centralofficejjapslko gmail com with the subject line Application for Accountant Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
