Job Description

About Treasury:
.The Treasury department is responsible for supervising the Bank's funding position and maintaining its regulatory reserve requirements. It invests in sovereign and corporate debt instruments, and engages in proprietary trading in equity and fixed income securities, foreign exchange, currency futures and options. The division further governs the Bank's investments in commercial paper, mutual funds and floating rate instruments as part of the management of short-term surplus liquidity. Moreover, it offers a wide range of treasury products and services to corporate customers

About the Role
.Treasury & Markets: ALM - Deposits involves handling all term deposit related activities in Treasury-ALM in coordination with retail, branch banking, wholesale banking, NRI teams ownership of NRTDs to improve processes and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
.Perform day to day monitoring of deposit rates along with peer banks
.Preparing strategies to support deposit growth
.Driving the NRTD product across the RMs, branches, retail team.
.Monitoring all deposit related processes premature penalty waiver, non-callable deposits, future quotes etc.
.Perform market analysis and intelligence to improve internal framework, policies.

Qualifications
.Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.MBA (Finance, Tier 1 institute preferable) , CA (preferably rank holders), CFA
