About the Team

At Meesho, we are building for Bharath. As the Seller Growth & Success team, we play a key role in Meesho's objectives. If you love being a disruptor who is excited by challenges, then you should join our team as a Senior Business Associate. We work in collaboration with the Product, Business, and Fulfillment teams to drive strategic goals. You will also present findings and updates to the CEO and other senior leaders on a regular basis. Making an impact with data-backed innovative solutions is key to success in this role. You will work with multiple stakeholders and constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes to raise the bar of experiences for our users.

About the Role :

As aSenior Associate, you will work on solving key problem areas and identifying new growth opportunities within theSeller Growth & Success team.
Your focus will span across strategic planning, process improvements, and execution to drive business outcomes. For instance, you might be involved in building and executing roadmaps to penetrate new geographies, improving seller experience on Meesho, enhancing assortment, or launching new seller acquisition channels.
You will be expected to think 10X, take end-to-end ownership, and drive measurable impact towards business OKRs. This role offers significant opportunities to develop critical problem-solving and long-term strategic thinking skills.

What you will do

- Identify and execute strategic initiatives to solve key challenges in seller acquisition, growth, and retention.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects to improve seller experience, assortment, or category penetration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, F&E (Finance & Excellence), and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in documentation and structured business writing.
- A problem-solving mindset with ownership-driven execution capabilities.
