Job Description Job Title: Program Associate Education Team (MSW Fresher) Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 01 year (Freshers welcome) Reporting to: Manager / Education Lead About the Organization: We are a Delhi-based non-profit organization working to improve access to quality education for underserved communities. Our mission is to empower children and youth through innovative, community-based educational interventions. We partner with government schools, educators, and other stakeholders to drive systemic change. Role Overview: As a Program Associate, you will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of educational programs in collaboration with schools and communities. This is an entry-level position ideal for a passionate and committed individual with a background in social work and an interest in education. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing education projects in government and low-income private schools. - Conduct field visits to schools and communities to engage with students, teachers, and parents. - Facilitate educational workshops, community meetings, and awareness sessions. - Collect data, feedback, and documentation to monitor project progress. - Support in preparing reports, case studies, and presentations. - Coordinate with stakeholders, including school authorities, NGOs, volunteers, and donors. - Maintain project records and ensure documentation is up-to-date. - Assist in administrative and logistical support for program events and training. Required Qualifications: - Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a recognized institution. - Internship experience or fieldwork in the education/development sector is preferred. - Passion for working with children, youth, and underserved communities. - Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace). Desirable Skills: - Knowledge of Right to Education (RTE) and other education policies. - Familiarity with community mobilization and school systems. - Experience working with NGOs during MSW fieldwork or internships.
