Job Description

Hyzync partners with ambitious consumer brands to transform retention, boost CLTV, and stop churn before it happens. Our work is highly specialized, combining data-driven intelligence with sharp strategy. Right now, we're building a customer intelligence system for a fast-growing subscription app, and we need a sharp Data Analyst to join us for this 8-month project.

What You'll Do

- Work directly with our consulting team to analyze subscription, engagement, and revenue data.
- Prepare datasets for churn detection, customer segmentation, and CLV analysis.
- Build dashboards and reports that highlight actionable customer insights.
- Support modeling efforts with data cleaning, feature preparation, and exploratory analysis.
- Track KPIs (retention, renewal rates, ARPU, engagement metrics) and identify risk signals.
- Present insights in a clear, decision-focused way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- 35 years of experience as a Data Analyst (subscription apps, SaaS, or consumer products experience is a plus).
- Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with Python or R for analysis preferred.
- Familiarity with churn models, cohort analysis, or retention metrics.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Comfortable working independently with fast turnaround times.
- Sharp communicator who can turn raw data into stories and recommendations.
