Job Description Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruitment Consulting Experience Required) Location: Remote (Candidates should be from Gurgaon or Delhi-NCR only) Compensation: 3-4 LPA + attractive incentives. About Us SoDo is a lean and growing Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Consulting company delivering top 1% talent to high-growth startups and companies within 24 hours. Our focus is simple: quality hiring, fast turnaround, and strong ownership. Role Overview You will independently handle end-to-end recruitment for active client mandates. This is a hands-on consulting role involving sourcing, screening, client coordination, follow-ups, and closures. You'll work closely with the Founder in scaling a high-performance recruitment practice. (Currently remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Gurgaon/New Delhi) Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles - Handle multiple active mandates simultaneously - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. - Conduct structured screening aligned to JD and client requirements - Proactively follow up with clients and candidates until closure & joining - Maintain clear tracking, reporting, and pipeline updates - Meet monthly closure targets and contribute to revenue What We're Looking For - 2+ years of recruitment / TA experience. - IT and Non-IT recruitment consulting experience on Senior-level and mid-high CTCs hirings experience is required. - Strong sourcing, screening, and closure capability. - Comfortable handling client communication and follow-ups. - Presentable candidate with excellent communication and client relations skills. - Ownership mindset and target-driven approach. - Based in Delhi NCR.
