Job Description Job Title: Power BI Developer Experience: 15 years Location: Remote (India Only) About The Role We are seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building Power BI dashboards, working with semantic data models, and handling SQL-based data operations. This role requires collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. - Build and manage semantic models for efficient data representation. - Create and optimize SQL Views, Stored Procedures, and manage ETL processes for data integration. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate, insightful reports. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation for BI solutions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. - Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance in reporting solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications - 15 years of experience in Power BI development (data modelling, DAX, Power Query). - Strong proficiency in SQL for creating and managing complex queries, views, and stored procedures. - Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques. - Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms. - Familiarity with Qlik Sense (added advantage). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. - Good at requirement gathering and technical documentation. Preferred Certifications - Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent). - Any cloud-related certification (AWS/Azure fundamentals). Soft Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
