Personal Assistant Executive Assistant to Managing Director Location Mumbai About Sperton Christos Group Sperton Christos Group is a specialized Human Resources advisory organization with over 30 years of corporate expertise We help businesses by offering end-to-end HR solutions including talent acquisition HR function setup for start-ups and comprehensive payroll management services Our partnership-driven approach enables clients to focus on business management and growth while we provide seamless HR support across all functions Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Personal Assistant Executive Assistant to the Managing Director This role requires a smart detail-oriented professional who can handle business communication travel coordination documentation and stakeholder engagement while ensuring the MD s day-to-day schedule is managed efficiently Key Responsibilities Accompany the Managing Director for meetings site visits and business events across Mumbai Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings MoMs with actionable follow-ups Handle professional correspondence emails and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders Draft business letters proposals presentations and reports independently Maintain the MD s calendar schedule appointments and coordinate logistics Track project deliverables monitor key initiatives and manage reminders for deadlines Conduct market research and data gathering to support business decision-making Act as a liaison between the MD and business teams to ensure smooth communication flow Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or Business Development Executive Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent drafting and presentation abilities Well-versed in managing confidential information Comfortable with travel within Mumbai and flexible with work timings Detail-oriented resourceful and proactive in supporting business operations Graduate MBA preferred
