Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary / Legal Head Position based in Bhopal. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory records and registers, and ensuring the organization adheres to legal and governance policies. Tasks may include coordinating board meetings, drafting meeting agendas and minutes, managing corporate governance policies, and providing legal or regulatory guidance to the management team. Additionally, the role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient company administration. Eligiblity: - Strong understanding of corporate legal compliance, governance, and regulations. - Administrative skills, including maintaining statutory registers, record-keeping, and policy documentation. - Exposure in Drafting, Vetting & Negotiation of all kinds of Legal Documents, including Trademark, Patent, legal metrology, and recovery matters. - Liaising & negotiation with Government Department,Banks & other Statutory Bodies. - Compliances: LODR Compliances IEPF.Companies Act, FEMA, NBFCS Compliances, Secretarial audits. - Inspection & Research: Incorporation of the company, Statutory forms with ROC. - Strong Knowledge of Non-Disclosure Agreement, Inter-lease Agreement, Construction & Lease Agreement, Tie-Up Agreements, Partnership Deed, Joint Venture Agreement, Leave & License Agreement, MOU, MOA,& Settlements Agreement. - Overall 15+Years of Experience in Legal, Company Secretarial Role is Preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication, drafting agendas, and preparing detailed minutes - Analytical and organizational skills for problem-solving and efficient management of responsibilities - Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration - Professional Certification as a Company Secretary (CS), with a membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) preferred - Experience in a similar role or relevant domain will be an added advantage.
