About Company Our client is a leading manufacturer of cleaning solutions tailored for facility management companies With a focus on innovation they deliver high-quality products designed to meet the diverse cleaning needs of various facilities - ensuring clean safe and healthy environments for all occupants They place utmost importance on sustainable practices aligning with ESG guidelines to minimize environmental impact An Ideal Candidate We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team and drive sales in the facility management sector The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the cleaning and hygienic manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of facility management practices and requirements Key Competencies 1 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share within the facility management vertical 2 Identify and target key decision-makers and influencers in facility management companies establishing and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities 3 Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific cleaning and sanitation challenges and requirements of each client 4 Recommend and promote appropriate cleaning and hygienic solutions tailored to the needs of facility management companies emphasizing the benefits and value proposition of our products 5 Provide product demonstrations training sessions and presentations to educate clients on the features benefits and proper usage of our cleaning and hygienic products 6 Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns promotional materials and sales collateral to support sales efforts within the facility management sector 7 Stay informed about industry trends regulatory requirements and emerging technologies relevant to cleaning solutions in facility management 8 Prepare and deliver sales proposals quotations and contracts negotiating terms and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets 9 Provide regular sales forecasts reports and analysis to management highlighting areas of opportunity and potential challenges
