At Descartes NetCHB, we build smart, scalable solutions that streamline operations in healthcare and financial services. As a Full Stack Java Developer in our Gurugram office, you'll help evolve our Java-based multi-tier web application (Struts, EJB), develop new features, and support production systems. We are looking for 3 Senior Java Developers. This hybrid role requires in-office presence a couple of days per week. Key Responsibilities - Design and build new features; enhance existing functionality - Write clean, tested Java code to meet business requirements - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues - Maintain and optimize existing systems - Review code and support quality standards across the team Must-haves What We're Looking For - Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent - 5+ years of Java development experience - Experience with Struts/EJB, Linux/Unix, Git - Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JS (jQuery, Dojo) - MySQL proficiency and strong SQL skills - Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile - Excellent English communication skills We value aptitude over experience especially smarts, curiosity, coachability, work ethic, track record, responsibility, and honesty.
