Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in New Delhi. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and overseeing internal controls. The role also involves analyzing financial data to assist in financial decision-making, collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes, and mentoring junior accounting staff. Qualifications - Expertise in Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Bookkeeping - Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Financial Regulations - Strong Analytical Skills, Financial Planning, and Budget Management - Experience with Accounting Software and ERP Systems - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Attention to Detail and High Level of Accuracy - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus - 5+ years of experience in accounting roles - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
