About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Partner with strong experience in IT B2B sales across both public and private sectors The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our products solutions and services building long-term client relationships and bringing new business opportunities and projects to the organization Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end B2B sales for IT products services and solutions across public and private sector clients Identify prospect and build strong relationships with key decision-makers CXOs IT Heads Procurement Officers and Government Authorities Manage the entire sales cycle - lead generation presentations negotiations closing deals and post-sales account management Prepare and submit proposals tenders and RFPs for public sector projects Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and customer engagement Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and networking forums to create visibility and attract new clients Track industry trends competitor activities and business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field MBA preferred Existing network and contacts within the IT industry will be an added advantage Minimum 3 years of proven experience in IT B2B sales handling both private and government public sector clients Strong understanding of IT solutions SaaS cloud software development and digital transformation services Excellent knowledge of public sector procurement processes tenders and government empanelments Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills Self-motivated target-driven and capable of working independently Compensation Benefits Base Salary Market standard commensurate with experience expertise Commission Incentives Attractive commission structure based on closed deals project acquisitions and revenue targets Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
