To learn more about how we can supercharge progress for you, visit Design Lead - Piping Modeling Job Summary The Design Lead for Piping Modeling plays a pivotal role in overseeing the design team, shaping design strategies, and aligning design efforts with the organization's business objectives. This position is essential for fostering collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring high-quality design outputs, and maintaining industry standards in piping design. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Collaborate With Key Stakeholders To Understand Business Objectives And Integrate Design Thinking Into Piping Modeling And Engineering Solutions, Ensuring Alignment With Project Requirements. 2. Lead A Team Of Designers In The Development Of Piping Models Using Cad Software, Providing Mentorship And Guidance To Deliver High-Quality Design Solutions That Meet Industry Standards. 3. Present Piping Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders, Effectively Communicating Design Intent And Gathering Actionable Feedback For Continuous Improvement. 4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices For Piping Modeling, Ensuring All Outputs Adhere To Regulatory Requirements And Organizational Quality Benchmarks. 5. Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Piping Design And Cad Software, Driving Innovation And Excellence Within The Design Team.Skill Requirements 1. Proficient In Piping Modeling Techniques And Tools, Particularly Within Cad Software. 2. Strong Understanding Of Design Principles And Best Practices In Piping Systems. 3. Excellent Communication Skills For Stakeholder Collaboration And Presentation Of Design Concepts. 4. Solid Ability To Lead And Mentor Design Teams, Fostering A Collaborative And Innovative Environment.Certification 1.
