Job description About the Role Xpanse is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI UX Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience who also possesses strong graphic designing skills The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing intuitive and visually compelling eCommerce websites mobile applications and corporate websites A strong understanding of front-end technologies and design best practices is essential to translate concepts into seamless user experiences Key Responsibilities Design and deliver wireframes user flows mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Create aesthetically pleasing and user-centric interfaces for eCommerce platforms mobile apps and corporate websites Collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders to implement innovative solutions Translate brand identity into intuitive and consistent UI components and design assets Develop high-quality visual designs including logos banners illustrations infographics and other marketing collaterals Stay up to date with the latest design trends tools and technologies Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UI UX design Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch Photoshop Illustrator etc Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices Experience in designing for eCommerce websites mobile apps and corporate platforms Strong portfolio showcasing UI UX and graphic design projects Good understanding of HTML CSS and responsive design principles is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience working with design systems or component libraries Understanding of motion design animations or video editing Familiarity with tools like Webflow WordPress or Shopify is a bonus What We Offer Opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking team Creative freedom to experiment and grow Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Panaji Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience UI UX 2 years Preferred Graphic design 1 year Preferred Total Work 3 years Preferred Language English Preferred Hindi Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Application Question s Are you located in Goa Work Location In person
