Role: AWM - PWM - Administrative Assistant - AnalystDutiesDutiesProactive diary managementProcessing expenses and invoices in a timely mannerBooking of conference rooms and/or catering, registering guests, ensuring materials organizedLogistics requirements for internal team events and visitors, including senior visitorsAdhering to Compliance regulations and gaining the relevant approvalsGeneral team administration, including photocopying, arranging floor access, hardware procurement, new hire onboarding/set up, printing, attendance tracking, phone answering and relaying messagesAct as an integral member of the team; maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and support requiredRegularly facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and ensure relevant information is disseminated accordinglyFlexibility to support assistant colleagues and cover when necessary SkillsSkills & Experience requiredPrior experience as an administrative assistant. Minimum 3-5 years team assistant experience ideally with 2+ years banking / financial services / corporate environmentSolid organizational skills – ability to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyStrong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and teamwork; ability and willingness to work collaboratively amongst assistant team based both locally and globallyAbility to communicate clearly, concisely and confidentlyProactivity – ability to take initiative, follow up where necessary without prompting and seek clarification when neededStrong work ethic with a positive attitude and growth mindsetAbility to work well under pressure and stay professional in a busy environmentDiscretion – ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially at all timesMicrosoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Any Graduate
