Job Description Job Title: Video Editor Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Producer and Editor who is proficient in South Languages and has expertise in video production, editing, and shooting for our health-tech start up Sugarfit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating fast-paced, high-quality videos for performance marketing campaigns, social media reels, YouTube content, and videos for brand marketing Budget : 4-5lpa Key Responsibilities: 1. Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit videos, ensuring they align with the monthly goals for new user acquisition 2. Content Editing: Edit videos with a focus on storytelling, pace, and engagement. Add graphics, music, and effects to enhance the final output. 3. Content Creation: Develop innovative and impactful video content for performance for platforms like YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to understand requirements, campaign objectives, and target audiences. 5. Performance Marketing: Create ad-friendly video assets optimized for different platforms. 6. Language Proficiency: Utilize Telugu proficiency to craft content that resonates with Telugu-speaking audiences. Qualifications: 1. Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. 2. Experience in handling cameras and shooting videos. 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. 4. Ability to produce high-quality videos under tight deadlines. 5. Creativity and a keen eye for detail. 6. Spoken Telugu knowledge is a must. 7. Knowledge of motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus. Key Attributes: 1. Fast-paced and efficient working style. 2.
