About the Company: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts in global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients across different regions. Key Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify potential international markets and target customers. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as online research, trade shows, and industry events. Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand the company's market share in international markets. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Proven experience in international sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of international sales processes, export regulations, and global market dynamics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
