You will be expected to conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and provide insightful recommendations based on industry best practices. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to market job openings effectively. Responsibilities Work Experience - Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Track recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process. - Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company and its opportunities. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years experience in a dedicated recruitment role, with demonstrated experience supporting the Renewable Energy (Solar/ Wind) and/or Construction domains. - Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles across various functions. - Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS systems. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
